The project, which began as a series of fragmented parcels, was successfully brought together by Canopy Lands. In addition to supplying capital funding, we facilitated a process that led the existing landowners to an agreed upon Joint Venture structure and development vision.
After successfully negotiating the servicing and utility requirements for the project, Canopy Lands is now working through the design and plan phases. Our goal, as always, is to maximize profit while respecting the vision outlined by the Area Structure Plan.
