Canopy Lands was engaged to create a development vision that generates market demand and realizes maximum value for the 305-acre Cochrane North.

Utilizing multi-generational planning principles that promote health and wellness, we envisioned a master-planned community featuring a unique blend of residential products to accommodate an array of varying needs and lifestyles. With almost three quarters of the land dedicated to green space, the project will blend seamlessly into the natural environment and provide its future residents with a western oasis surrounded by picturesque landscapes.

To accomplish this, we implemented our public engagement process to garner widespread support. We then negotiated financially sound densities, servicing and utility solutions, and effectively managed all necessary approvals through Rocky View County.
